The Submission Process

1. Getting Started

Be sure to read and understand the support documents for Rules and Eligibility, Entry Fees, Submission requirements, and Categories from the submission packet.

Competition Dates

• Monday, January 8, 2024 — Submission window opens
• Wednesday, January 31, 2024 — Early Entry deadline at 11:59 PM (Mountain Time Zone)
• Friday, February 16, 2024 — Final Entry deadline at 11:59 PM (Mountain Time Zone)
• Monday, February 26 - Saturday, March 2, 2024 – Rockies Virtual Judging
• Friday, March 8, 2024 - Gold and Silver Recipients notified
• Saturday, April 6, 2024 – The Rockies Award Show

2.  Submit Entries

Submit Single Entries and/or Campaign Entries based on your Membership or Non-Membership status with the Idaho Advertising Federation. Non-Member submissions at the Member rate will be Declined until club membership dues are paid. For questions regarding your membership status or interest in becoming a member. Please contact Membership Chair: membership@boiseadfed.org

Payment: Entry payment must be applied at time of each submission via credit card. Payment information can be securely saved in the platform to complete any additional submission payments.

Early Entry Fees:

IAF/BAF Members: Single Entry $40.00, Campaign $50.00

Non-Members: Single Entry $65.00, Campaign $75.00

Entry Fees: 

IAF/BAF Members: Single Entry $55.00, Campaign $65.00

Non-Members: Single Entry $80.00, Campaign $90.00

3. Manage Submissions Manage your submissions in the My Submissions section of your account, which can be found in the dropdown menu under your name at the top of this page. From the user dashboard, you can; review, message with any questions or send an edit request.

You will be notified by email by March 8th of Gold and Silver awards. All Gold Rockie winners will be automatically forwarded to the next competition level, the District XI Northwest Advertising Awards Competition with no additional fee.
